LOL!!! That was me and I specified that it was Win7 (or at least I thought I did) so that I could show the original poster what the Win7 (and earlier) Appearance option looked like in case he'd not seen it (if he'd only used Win8/8.1) or forgotten...

Sorry that command didn't help...
