A neighbor recently bought a new MAC computer and no longer sends our board members letters in MS Word format. At first, he sent some .page letters, and today he sent us a .odt letter. I am going to suggest that he send us .pdf versions if he can, but any advice on reading .page or .odt text would be helpful. I am guessing that the Open Office / Open Document software can save in MS Word format, or at least in .txt format.
I am basically a Microsoft Windows user, and MAC is beyond my skills. Any advice or help that I can use, or pass on to my neighbor, would be helpful. |
