Default TransType Pro v. 3 OK

I have just been trying out TransType Pro v. 3 for converting (especially) PS-flavoured OpenType fonts to their TT-flavoured equivalents. The conversion is quite painless (I didn't have to consult the manual at all), and above all, it's successful.

I was particularly interested in converting my OTF fonts to TT/OT fonts with the sole object of making them embeddable (with the necessary permissions) in MS Word documents. I found I could.

I don't know which company is the more pig-headed: Microsoft, for refusing to embed PS fonts, or Adobe, for refusing to supply TT fonts.

TransType Pro costs £99, €146, or $179.
