Default Copying fonts to new PC

I've recently bought a new PC. There are some fonts from the old one which I want to copy across but there seems no way of doing this. I tried to transfer them onto CD but there's no option for this. One that I wanted is Univers Condensed, which I paid for, but it's hardly cheap if I want to buy it again. Any ideas?
