Default tables + InDesign

hi guys,

I've got a table with 4 columns and 37 rows. page size is A6. all my text is in place, but the problem is the table is extending past the bottom of the page by +/- 35%.

how do I get this table to fit the page without squashing the text?

other Q's:
- how can I make sure that the text is 100% and not squashed in any way?
