Default polyester film seprations on laser printer

Hi all,

We have been successfully using Polimat laserprint 90my on a xerox dc12, to produce film for 1 or 2 colour jobs. Just had an upgrade to the dc250, fantastic machine - but the results with polimat are chronic - hard to get decent density. Any suggestions for settings / alternative media? (xerox haven't been overly helpful )
