When I Get Text in Quark, I almost always apply a style sheet to the empty text box (holding down the ALT key and clicking on the style sheet) before importing the text, so the text has the correct style applied to it. This has worked in versions 3, 4 and 5.
It doesn't work in 6.5. All the text comes in as Arial (my default font). Another Quark 6.5 user has told me the same thing happens to her on the Mac. Is there a new secret method for applying a style sheet to a text box before importing text? Or did Quark just leave it out of this version? mxh |
