Default Short server downtime for PHP upgrade

Our hosting company will be upgrading our server to PHP 5.5, starting in just over 3 hours' time (11pm Friday CST). We don't expect to be down for very long, and as our server is the last of theirs to be done, they should be really good at it by now.

The PHP upgrade went well, but a MySQL upgrade yesterday broke the PHP upgrade. Our hosting company has been working on it for nearly 24 hours. It's not an easy fix, and is now waiting for a senior tech to come on shift and fix it. So it should stay up, hobbling along on an old version of PHP, until he resolves it. I'm hoping to find it all fixed when I wake up tomorrow morning.

The hosting company advise that it is fixed, and it's certainly working at the moment. For anyone interested, they rebuilt PHP 5.5 so that it would work with the new version (5.6) of MySQL and MySQLi.
