Web design?

I've never heard of it, but had a quick look at their website which tells me it was created with their application. The code is a bit of a mess with inline styling, but it works (at least using Vivaldi, which is to a point based of Chrome)

Whilst it does reflow there seems to be a lot of JavaScript to make things work and unless you purchase the "pro" version you can't add HTML or CSS to your pages.

It reminds me quite at lot of NetObjects Fusion from way back.

As for WordPress and many others, you can run them on a localhost on your own computer and publish your handiwork on your own host when you are done. I don't think there is anything untoward going on. For smaller websites Concrete 5 would do nicely.

There's a bewildering amount of choice to look at, and whilst WordPress, Typo 3, and Drupal are all there too they might be overkill for a smaller website.

Personally I use Atom with a few plugins, but that means coding...
