I would like to write a droplet in applescript that will read the header to find out if Photoshop or Illustrator created it and open it in the correct program.
Right now I can open the eps file in Textedit and read it myself. I have written several applescripts, but don't want to reinvent the wheel. Does anyone know if it has already been done? In the applescript I can use a Unix command to read the 1st few lines of the doc rather than loading in the entire text of the eps file. |
