Default iCorrect EditLab Pro plug-in

iCorrect 5.5 is a color correction tool from PictoColor, said to offer a “wizard-like approach to accurate color.” It has four tool panels, designed to be used in sequence: Color balance; tonal range; brightness, contrast, and saturation; and hue and selective edits. Used in order, none of them can modify the settings made by the earlier panels.

The current version of iCorrect works with Photoshop CS, CS2, and CS3 on Windows XP and Vista and on PowerPC-based Macs, but not on Intel Macs unless Photoshop is run under Rosetta. News of future updates will be posted on the company’s web site. It also works with Photoshop Elements, Corel Paintshop Pro, and Microsoft Digital Image.

Price is $99, with several levels of upgrade available. If you bought iCorrect in 2007, the new version is free. There is also a free demo version of this and other plug-ins from PictoColor.
