Default OneDrive security flaw

Corner Pub - Rest and Relaxation. Hm. This sure doesn't fit but this seems to be the best-attended soiree here, so ...

If you use Microsoft OneDrive (formerly SkyDrive) and have used the feature that shortened links to just a few characters (a la bitly) to give someone access to a shared file or folder, you may have unknowingly given access to the entire contents of your OneDrive.

MS changed the way they created links in March of 2016. Presumably (maybe? we can hope?) the new links are less vulnerable. And evidently all of the old shortened links are now dead, so whether or not a bad guy can start with one of those and do mischief is unclear.

And now they only block the sun,
And give my stuff to everyone.
