Yes...I suspect that's the case. The thing is that with respect to digital work, backing out much less fraught between adjustment layers and being able to save an image at each "crossing-point", even just being able to turn off an adjustment layer. Digital allows one to play in a way that is not available to a restorer working with traditional media. They have to be very brave to do what they do...
