Agreed that their monopoly comes from providing products that we (their product) want. But their monopoly also affords them a degree of control over the people who want to buy access to their product.

FWIW, I'm not an Opera fan; used to be a few years back, but I gave it up when I found that it'd be good for a few months, then develop a serious case of the slows, and fixing it every so often got to be a pain.
