Default Web Site Form Spamming

Is anyone else being plagued by dozens of robot spamming attempts on web contact or enquiry forms? I'm getting them on several of my client sites. It started in a small way, but this weekend I've had over two hundred from 6 websites.

The robot fills all the fields in the form with <random characters>@<site domain name>, and adds a bcc to an AOL address. I've discovered discussion of this at http://www.anders.com/cms/75/Crack.Attempt/Spam.Relay, and it appears that they originate from zombie PCs. I'm pretty certain that my forms, which use PHP, are secure, but it's very annoying to have all this stuff cluttering up my clients' mailboxes.

I've already modified the form to remove all slashes in form input, but I'm still getting the emails. I did look at putting visual confirmation into all my forms, but that seems rather over the top.

Any other ideas?
