Multiple Audio Outputs On Windows 10

I've been trying to have two audio outputs operate at the same time in Windows 10.

There is a feature that enables this, but from what I've read it's not always there. It depends, in part, on whether bios or motherboard or some other hardware-related ability is there. Or, it could simple be missing because we are dealing with Microsoft <snicker, snicker>.

I found an article that gives a very clear instruction, and confirmed again that I don't have this. Are any of you using this? Or using another method. My goal is the have my external Logitech speaker and my internal Intel speakers working at the same time.. Or my realtek speakers which seem to have disappeared and replaced by Intel. Or maybe I'm mixed up.
