In updating the PDF of my Macrium Reflect notes, I realized that I'd not updated my post about working with the HP ProBook.

It turned out that, for the HP ProBook line at least, a 1TB external drive is the way to go with respect to drive imaging using Macrium Reflect. I tried to create a drive image with Reflect for the newer HP ProBook setting my 3TB Fantom drive as the drive image destination and the same error occurred as on the older ProBook.

I ordered 2 1TB drives for my sister directly from Fantom because newegg did not have any 1TB drives in stock. Turned out that Fantom's pricing was actually just a wee bit better (lower) than newegg's pricing (with free shipping) and, I was able (after a bit of browsing around Fantom's site) to find 1TB drives with the 3 year warranty.

I set up one 1TB drive to hold the drive images for the 2 HPProBooks my sister uses--one is her laptop used for all her clients and one is a client-specific laptop. The other 1TB drive will have manually backed up data from my siter's laptop and act as a secondary drive image backup.
