Default Why do I have to ... ?

Why can't I enter in my Profile my location without filling in my birthday, even if I tell it to hide my birthday?

Seems more than odd to me so I'm not saying where my location is.

So there!

Seems to be a forum setting.... I've encountered similar dependencies (different) before on another forum, and on a new one I'm using that was just set up I could freely enter my location without entering birthday or bio...

In case it matters: the latter is on version 3.6.8 and doesn't seem to have problems with the width of boxes - or maybe it is because I'm using different settings there?

Hopefully KT will take note of both points!

I take note, truly. Fixing is not always as easy as that, unfortunately.

Sort of like recognizing one’s own shortcomings vs fixing them.

Maybe the later version iamback refers to might fix two birds with one stone?

Nope. Not unless we go through all the templates one by one and revise them.

Believe me, if it were easy to fix we would do it!
