Default Windows 10 - Utilities to Change System Font Sizing

A user in another forum recommended the following utilities for mod'ing font sizes in Windows 10--might also work in 8/8.1 but I'm not sure. Basically, they offer what the Appearance option used to have:

1. WinTools.Info System Font Size Changer

2. Wintools.info Advanced System Font Changer

Also see this tenforums.com tutorial on "How to Change Text Size for Message Boxes in Windows 10" as it looks like it might be useful...

Hope the above proves helpful to the poor people using Windows 10...'-}}
