Default Need software to undelete files

I need to undelete files from a USB hard disk. In other words, it's not the C: drive. It must be able to recreate the folder structure. I found a few an online comparison reviews, but they all fail to mention folder recovery. I found one vendor that says they can recover folder structure.

I'm looking for software recommendations to do the above. Or comments on the EaseUS one I mentioned.
