Default Master pages in PagePlus

Can PagePlus 11 do master pages with different margins? I've been trying to find out how to do this all week: I want the title page to have symmetrical margins, but subsequent pages to have mirror margins.

I'd simply drop in non-printing rules to indicate where the margins on page one should be. Click the cursor on the ruler where you want the line to be (in the horizontsl ruler for a vertical rule, in the vertical ruler for a horizontal rule).
Also, you might like to check the Serif forums at http://www.serif.com/forum/default.asp

I'm glad you've said that, because that's what I'm doing. However, I thought that there should be a 'proper' way: it seem's an elementary requirement.

I suppose this has never been "fixed" because the way around it is so straightforward; nevertheless it's worth mentioning to the developers.

I think I shall, because there's another problem (possibly due to a duff CD) that I must phone technical service about.

Michael,

I agree, there is no real reason why all pages in a document should have to have the same margins. Each page can have its own placed row and columns guides, why not margins. I have added this suggestion to the database which the developers use. I hope it will be in PP12.

It's standard to allow different margins (and, of course, different headers & footers) in DTP programs, and even in WP programs (Word, for instance). Perhaps it simply got forgotten in PP 11. Thanks for telling your developers about it.
