Default Hiding stuff from non-MSIE browsers

The amazing Kelvyn has done it again! He found a method for presenting text or HTML within a specialized sort of comment readable only by Microsoft Internet Explorer (perhaps from version 5 onwards), not by other browsers.

He provides an example in his thread on INETPUB in which he places an image advertising Firefox on the screen if the user is using MSIE. There are probably other less mischievous uses, however.
