Auto Movie Thumbnailer is freeware that creates contact sheets with frames from movies. I use this so I can more easily locate a specific movie. Not that I have a lot. I guess it would also be helpful for previewing movies to others.

It also has the ability to create user-guided screen caps, but I cannot figure out that feature. Although I didn't try very hard. And there is one scary thing in the Settings panel under Advanced Security Features, where it automatically deletes certain file types, and it is turned on by default to delete sfv, html, htm and url. I have no idea why. I turned it off.

But after all of that, I'm finding the program useful.
