Default Peaks and Troughs

I wonder whether we are seeing an age thing - as marketeers and buyers are getting younger they have a much more "We want it know" attitude. Lead times get condensed - which means that there are much more quiet times and when the work comes - the only siolution is to work overtime at extra cost.

The big question is how to deal with the quiet times - the resources that are now needed to deal with the busy time -are not substainable over the period
