Default Disconnecting Dreamweaver Templates

Having created individual pages from Dreamweaver templates, is it possible to disconnect them from the templates? I know that the whole idea is to change the individual pages by changing the templates, but it is at least possible to want to change a particular page and have the change stick, without changing the template.

I am running DW MX 2004, but this would apply to any recent version of DW.
