...files from one connection to another in Fetch?

I'm currently changing hosting companies, and am moving files directly from a connection to the old host to a connection to the new host. The speed is abysmal, and I am wondering if they are passing through my machine on their journey. If this is the case, these files are travelling from Texas to Calivornia via Queensland, Australia.

I know it's not my connection, because other activities are speedy.
