Default Printed image has cropping

I seem to have this problem with Quark and InDesign, I'm not sure if it's my printer or if something needs to be reset in the program. If I set up a document of 8.5 x 11 and then print the image, it gets cropped off on the sides and top/bottom, I tried moving the margins and that didn't work. When I save it as a PDF, the image looks fine. I tried printing it in InDesign, and also from the PDF, and both times it got cropped. Any suggestions?
