The site features another pet peeve of mine. It resizes my browser window without even asking.

I hate when a site does that also, but I've been to this one many times and it has never resized my browser window. ?? I'm using Firefox on Win XP Pro.

As far as I know, photography is his hobby and not intended to generate business. He has a "real job".

This site does not do that for me. Seriously - it resizes your browser window??

OK, does this site resize everyone's browser window but mine? Like everyone else, I hate when sites do that, but this one doesn't. Not for me.

Oh dear. I'm sorry everyone hates it. I found the sweeping panoramas breathtaking and the interactivity allowed me to feel a bit like I was there ... standing in one spot overlooking the scene and then being able to go in closer and explore. To me it was rather like an enhanced photo album and I didn't have any difficulties navigating it. I could choose exactly which parts of the scene I wanted to see more of, and much preferred it to a slideshow or to paging through the dozens of still shots that would be required to show the same details as are in just one of his interactive photos. Oh well, apologies -- to each his own I guess!

What browser are you using? Does it have a setting that disallows resizing windows? I think later versions of Firefox allow to you to control this.

I did actually see some of his images and they are lovely but his site design is so annoying and even with fast broadband, everything takes too long to load that the annoyances outweigh any desire to see more...
