REM's album title was a reference to a slogan used by a fast food restaurant, meaning that when you ordered a dish you would automatically get what went with it.

So if fried chicken is the equivalent of Windows, the potatoes and veg, would be the misery that comes with Windows updates etc.

So as it turns out we were both saying the same thing.
