I'm not sure how I missed this thread--only saw it because I did a Get Posts > 10 days--but we have been having problems with posts being flagged as moderated when they shouldn't and we've been trying to figure out why and not found a solution yet as it appears to be quite random but we are keeping an eye out and hopefully we will catch the flagged post and approve it as quickly as we can...
