Default Importing Word files that have Tracked Changes

I'm using Quark 8.1. I've have had a couple of Word documents sent to me that have a lot of tracked changes in them. I can't import the file without getting both the 'hidden' text and the text meant to be there. Is this a setting in Quark I need to adjust or does the Word file have to be saved a certain way or with certain settings disabled. I read somewhere you can import into Quark with Tracked Changes Disabled in Quark's settings but I can't figure how to enable that option.

Thanks
J

Edit: I've found out that if I Accept All Changes in Word (in the Reviewing toolbar) then it becomes a 'normal' doc. I guess this is the way to do it, unless anyone knows of a better way.
