I'd say either mute the effect or make the whole figure more doll-like and the legs more articulated. Right now your at a midpoint that looks pretty bad even to people who recognize what you are doing.
I just saw that this thread has more responses. Are you referring to the cyan between the legs?

I believe Kayza is referring to--to quote myself:

So the seam on the crotch of the pants? Okay, maybe I'll adjust that to stop halfway down.

Yes...the middle seam. In addition to shortening it, I'd suggest fading it out/a tad of blurring...
