As mentioned in the other related thread:
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptools/faqindex.html fails validation on one count that I suspect is spurious and another that's not but that I'd like to find a workaround for, to wit: <a target="windowname" href="http://someurl">Andreas Viklund's site</a> It's way at the bottom of the page, and on every other page on the site, in fact. For various reasons at various times, I want to have links open a new window. I could do it with a bit of javascript, but prefer not to (in case the user has javascript disabled, for example). Can anyone suggest alternate methods? I'd rather not set a looser doctype just to get round this one silly feature. __________________ Steve Rindsberg ==================== www.pptfaq.com www.pptools.com and stuff |
