I've just noticed on the front page of the Forum that there are 1,999 members. Only one more to go to make 2,000!
I was wondering how many members the old DTP Forum on Compuserve had back in the day. __________________ DTP Guy a.k.a Brian Smithson |

We had a lot more than that in our heyday, but you have to remember that in those days, you had to join to read the forums, whereas these days, people only really need to join if they want to post.

Or they want the forum to show them only new posts since their last visit, so they're not wading through what they've already read in search of the new.

Where's Glenna when we need her to tell Ricardo what he's won?

Glenna. What you get when you run "Vanna White" through the weaker part of the mind of a halfwit with a keyboard.
I *meant* to say "Vanna". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vanna_White __________________ Steve Rindsberg ==================== www.pptfaq.com www.pptools.com and stuff |

Thanks for the reference, or I'd have had to reply with "Vanna?" this time.

I think it says more about my viewing habits (as I sometimes say" "what's a tube?").
