Default List folders lacking a specific file

There are times when I need to search a file tree to see which folders are lacking a specific file. For example, finding all folders that are missing a file that describes the folder contents. So I found a batch file that can do this.

Code:
@echo off
for /d /r %%f in (*) do (
if not exist %%f\test.txt (
echo %%f >>C:\folders.txt
)
)
Just modify the file mask and output path. I used it by making it into a batch file, putting it into the root of the tree I was checking, and double-clicking from within Windows.
