It seems to me that--from a programming angle--the code that they've put in place that I used a couple of days ago, would be written to test for any approach that goes against whatever rules they have decreed. You don't write and implement code in the manner you're suggesting.

This new approach is not the same as the account password--which will be used (after the cutoff date) only when logging in via the webmail portal. this appcrappassword is a completely different (crap) approach with different rules.

The above stated, the difinitive answer awaits 10/20...'-}}
