If you are printing on cardstock that heavy, I wonder if rather than an "office" printer, you might look at a "photo" printer? What I don't know is if they make laser photo printers. My Epson 4000 (wideformat, inkjet--long in the tooth now) has no problem feeding and printing on 300gsm paper...
