steve: Else they'd have been pretty useless out of the box.

The default for USB was "partial" which did recognize the USB keyboard and mouse when I had the system set up on my work table because I was using USB for both but the settings were flakey when I moved to my desk using the PS/2 keyboard (default was "auto") and a USB mouse and the mouse's wireless dongle is plugged into a USB hub. So setting both options ("USB Support" and "PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse Support") to "Full" means that everything is started/recognized as part of the boot process and the fact that those settings make it take an extra 3 seconds to boot it worth the cost...'-}}
