Default Free Month at Lynda.com

As it happens, Lynda.com is now part LinkedIn. And there is an offer for one free month. So, I'm going to learn Audacity, which is an audio editing tool.

Google is not your friend, but you can use it to search for what I just posted about.

Oh...that's is so sad to hear given that Linkedin is now owned by Microsoft so, Lynda.com is also.

That said, have fun with Audacity and may you become audacious...'-}}

I will be as audacious as Audie.

I'm more than half way through the course. It covers the basics of editing. Very basic. With this I won't have to fumble around wondering how to do simple tasks.

Yes, Audie Murphy. Good thing his first name was not Bill. It would have wrecked my line.

Well, I was just reading more about Audie Murphy. I didn't realize he ended up suffering from extreme PTSD.

I didn't realize that either until I looked him up in in wikipedia which according to that, he worked really hard to get help for veterans...
