Here is one idea about how to do thumbnails, or at least somewhat reduced images, and then by linking the full picture. Sample code:
<! full image in anchor href=, reduced show image in src= > <a href="/images/ug31.jpg"> <img src="/images/ug31.jpg" alt="" name="scene" width="300" height="200" border="0"></a> The idea is to load only one picture, and use it reduced by the width/height parameters in the web page, and have the full picture come up immediately (it already loaded with the page) when the link is clicked. Is this a good idea?. Basically, I like it, but I am not sure how others do this. No, I don't want to get involved with any Javascript. |
