Default Printers Extra's

This a continuation of something Kathleen said when she said she was a sucker to pay extras the printer5 charged her.

There really are two types of printers - one that prints jobs, where price matters ( either contractualy or from a price list) and extras matter. THe others are like my company where we deal with clients and client retention is vital. We expect a lot of orders from a client per month and extras ( ie extra proofs. corrections etc ) just stop the bill from getting paid
