Default Quark 6.5 naming problem making PDF's

I want my PDF file named the same as my quark document. I dont want to have to re-type it either. It want to print out of quark as a postscript and have my postscript named the same as my quark document and once I distill my postscript I want my PDF to be named the same as my Quark Doc with the exception being the .pdf at the end of the file name.

Next is there an automatic way to have my quark 6.5 document and my Layout name be the same?? Layout name being under the layout properties menu?? I think it defaults to Layout 1 currently....
A fix for either of these will do the trick.
