Default Asset management software

I need to create a db for illustrations, graphic elements and photos- to be used by aproximately 10 people.

Is Portfolio still the going thing- or has something else surpassed it?

I've used it and FM Pro, but it's been about 5 years, so looking for confirmation that I'm still on track.

Thanks,

N
