I have never ordered a system without spending at least a couple of months research mobo, hardrive, etc.

Basically I told them what I do, that I wanted 3 harddrive, 2gb RAM and that I'm partial to AMD systems and they spec'd it out and I said...ok...

Thank you...'-}}

I'm really looking forward to using and LCD...I do hope that I've made the right choice...I've always been pleased with my NEC CRT so I hope I will be equally pleased with the LCD...

I just hope that my current system holds out until I get the new system, monitor and everything copied over. I've always shut my system down at the end of the day but with this power-on problem, I'm leaving it running--it could be the power supply failing, the mobo, the video card or the power switch on the pc case. I think it's the power switch but I will take the system in once I get everything copied and if it's not too expensive, I'll have it fixed and then donate it someplace...
